The Bano Story

Okay, so there isn't one of those tilde things-or I don't know how to find it-so this looks dumb. I'm trying to write something in Spanish. Anyway...

I was at the vet's office today. This guy with a very thick Hispanic accent comes in. He speaks English, but not very well. He needed a Coggins on some horses (A health certificate for those of you who don't know and could also care less.). Anyway, he has this cute little kid with him. He was like a mini Mexican cowboy. Forgive the proverbial political uncorrectness. Hey, the kid was cool! He had a huge belt buckle greased black hair, cowboy boots, and a button up shirt. The vet is out in the trailer drawing blood for the tests. The little boy who only speaks Spanish says something along the lines of "Papa, blah blah blah blah bano blah blah blah". Now bano means bathroom, so I just assumed the poor kid needed to, well, go. So, his "Papa" says, "Blah, blah, blah, blah". Suddenly, the kid runs over to the stocks and pulls his pants down. And starts going to the bathroom. Ah! Is that socially acceptable in Mexico? I guess at least he was a little five year old...An interesting day for sure!

Oh, and I know have a myspace since everyone else in the world does. Check it out at http://www.myspace.com/twinkiesaregross

Randomness and Saturday

Hello fellow Rachelanians. Oh, wait, wrong town. Anyway, hola to the peoples of earth! If you are not from earth, welcome to the planet. I hope you enjoy it, although we have some weird practices here.

I am really drawing a blank here. Therefore, the stupidity is coming into play. I just got back from scrimmaging a bunch of 4th, 5th, and 6th graders. That was fun. Makes me want to play soccer again.

Crisis of the moment: Should I do swim team this year? Practices are at nights, and I only have three nights of the week I can be out. Parent's rule. Obviously, practices would take up some of my time, therefore I am trying to decide if it is worth it. The fact that certain kids on the team may be "coaching" for the first while is putting a bit of a damper on the yeah aspect of the argument.

Another paragraph...Oh, yes, I was going to talk about Saturday. Well, Saturday morning I was basically dead. I mean a day of Where's Waldo, helicopters, cliff divers, and getting flashed is pretty darn draining, don't you think? So, we get to the park at like 9:00 on a Saturday morning. Needless to say, no one was there. We got some stuff set up, played a lively game of "Clap, Clap, Slap", then went on to passing out flyers. The food started at noon, and people started coming into the park as early as 11:30. We started by passing out food. Once that slowed down, I started helping kids out with kites. Wow! That was crazy. Fifteen kids at once clamoring to know how to put their kites together is tough. Thank God for picture directions! :) Well, they started flying them, and I started talking to them. One in particular was a little first grade boy. He was living with cousins along with his sister. He obviously had a bad family situation, and that was a little hard for me to fathom. He's like 7, I'm 17, and he has had way more problems in his life than I have ever had. Well, it is hard to portray really cool experiences or strong feelings, so just take what I write and maximize it by ten or so. It was just amazing to see these kid's faces light up once they got their kites in the air. It just seemed like they forgot their problems and were able to enjoy a blessing God had for them. It was amazing! Through it all, God really spoke to me. I know that sounds a little odd, but it is true. He just really let me feel at peace with totally relying on Him about my future. I don't need to know exactly about all my college plans and have my future career or family all figured out. I just need to take it day by day in His will and plan. It has really been amazing, because I have come across opportunities already to show God's love to others. I was so focused on the future instead of the present prior to this that I think I missed a lot of opportunities. It's crazy really! So now I am trying to take life day by day and constantly ask Him what he wants. I'll write more later.

More of the Trip and a Tag

I've been tagged by Woody.

Book and Movie tag

1. What's the book you've cried hardest in? A long time ago, Where the Red Fern Grows made me cry. I know it's silly, but I just couldn't believe BOTH his dogs died. Ah!

2. What's the movie you've cried hardest in? Movies don't make me cry. Oh, wait, Free Willy made me cry. What is this animal theme?

3. What's the worst movie you've watched? Well, I really don't like Kung Pow or that Holy Grail movie. I seriously am pulling a total blank. What is it called??!! The sad thing is my friends and my sister love these movies.

4. What's the most ridiculous movie you've watched? What is the difference between ridiculous and worst? Ridiculous is absurd or preposterous and worst is poor or unfavorable according to the dictionary. Okay, then, I guess, ridiculous and worst would describe the above two. Blasphemy, I know.

5. What's the most disappointing book you've read? Um, that is difficult. The first thing that comes to mind is The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin. I thought it would be interesting, but it bored me so much I didn't finish it.

6. What's the funniest movie you've watched? I am not a funniest or best or favorite person. I just can't recall. I'll admit that I think What About Bob? and Time Bandits are quite comically entertaining. Oh, and Clifford is good. Not the big red dog...

7. What's the silliest book you've ever read?Well, I am faced with yet another superlative. Uh, hmm, that is difficult. Oh! I hate the Francis books that my little sister loves me to read her for her bedtime story. Ah!

8. What are a couple of books you're dying to read?
Ha, I have a whole notebook full of things to read including "The Jungle", "The Golden Compass" books, "Watership Down", "An Ideal Husband", "The Picture of Dorian Gray", "Moby Dick", and the list goes on and on.

9. What are a couple of movies you're dying to watch? "Troy", "Exorcism of Emily Rose", "The Exorcist", "Harry Potter" movies-These are all my parents have decided to not have us watch. Sadly, they all sound highly fascinating. :O)

I tag Josh and Carissa.

Well, to continue the whole missions trip stuff. Friday was basically a fun day. I honestly felt bad about doing all this awesome stuff when I came for a missions trip. Saturday, however, made up for all of that. So, I'll get to that tommorrow or something. Anyway, Friday, Sarah, Greg, Ashley, and I were the ones to figure out the lightrail. That was interesting considering I had never even ridden one. To make a short story boring [ha ha! That was funny!], we ended up having to take a collection to ride the lightrail, had to get off the wrong one, and take the right one, and got to where we were going just a wee bit late. Then we talked about inner city Denver with the people who run the church we were helping out. We took a prayer walk which I didn't realize was a prayer walk until we got back, then we took a tour of Denver in a double decker bus. Yeah, a double decker bus. Whoa! Then we mysteriously drove into an airport. Okay, what the heck are we doing here. Ashely was like "Maybe we'll take a plane ride!". Me and my skepticism replied "Yeah, right!". In a nicer way of course. However, she was right. Sort of. We seriously took a helicopter tour of Denver. It was amazing! It way bigger than I ever thought. So many of the people down there need God so badly. They are wasting away their days without him. Off to dinner-Casa Bonita. Never been but heard of it, so it was cool to try it out. Gross food, but the "entertainment" made up for it. Then we got to the hotel again, ready for bed. But the day was not yet over...We played "Where's Waldo?"-in a large scale type setting of course. My team won! Ha ha! In the process got some great stories-like "darn skippy good breakfast". Wow, that was great! Somewhere in the course of this day, I was looking out the window of the bus. I just happened to be looking out at the wrong time. Some girl flashed the bus. I am scarred for life. And no one else saw it...I guess that is a good thing....

I'm Back!

I got back around 5:00 yesterday. I was so tired out, but I learned some amazing things, and it was so worth it. I'll just do one day at a time, because it is too much to talk about it all at once.

We left on Thursday around 1:00. I'm just standing in the parking lot, talking to Kirsten and this huge bus rolls up. It says Bachelor County Jail and it has bars painted on the windows. Seriously. We certainly had interesting transportation over the weekend-more on that later. :) Anyway, on the way up, we found a few empty vodka bottles and way too many cigarette butts. Remnants of the last users of the bus I guess....So, we get to Denver and find out we are staying in a Holiday Inn. I had no clue. He hinted at something more along the lines of a hostel or a parking lot as far as sleeping accomadations go. Big surprise! Well, our first surprise was when we learned he was going to split us into teams and assign us different tasks. One of the team's first task was to find a place to eat for under 10 bucks per person. That took way too long! Like 45 minutes seriously. But that's okay. My team made a fool of ourselves when we had to do our assignment the next morning...Anyway, we ate and then we talked a bit about what we expected to get out of the mission trip. I personally just wanted to follow God's leading. That didn't come until Saturday, but when it did it was amazing. Then off to bed...

By the way, on Friday, I am going to do a "highschool" picture post. My Mom is doing funny highschool pics on her blog. Since I am obviously a senior, mine won't be as "outdated" :), but it will still be interesting-maybe to show you guys what I looked like in 9th, 10th, and 11th grade. If anyone would like to do the same-post some highschool pics, go right ahead. It would be fun! :)

Missions Trip

Well, I officially leave in one hour. Ah! I am so nervous. I have practically no clue what we are doing. I guess that is a cool thing, because it is a situation that asks for me to lean on God. He's always there no matter where I am-even in a mystery spot of Denver. :)

I have had a revelation! John Steinbeck-I've always known he is an excellent author. Last night, however, I came to the conclusion that he is THE favorite and I figured out why. He finds beauty in a hopeless world-life in death, love in hate, and joy in sadness. His books are always set in hopeless situations-the Depression for example. No matter how hard things are, he draws attention to the cool things: new life, nature, and love. So, that is my great discovery. :)

Totally Tuesday

Hola! I am so rushed lately....I guess it's spring break, and I am enjoying it. A lot. :)

I got up this morning, and my Dad told me he got me a cell phone. Woo hoo! I was asking him about how much it would cost a month. Since I will be working in Pueblo a lot this summer and also be going to school in Pueblo next semester, I think a phone is a good idea. I never thought I would get one though....:) It's fun. I want someone to call me just because it would be fun. Well, Sarah called me. She "christened" my phone for me. Ha ha!

Working again tommorrow, but that is the last day for the week. I leave for the missions trip on Thursday, so I have to stay home to pack, show my bros how to feed all my little animals, and all that good stuff. I am SO excited! I am also nervous, but that is okay. Life is like that.

Well, it is still snowing. :) It snowed a lot Monday, and it has been on and off today. Plus, it is supposed to go again tonight. I love it! I am going to be quite sad to see the snow season leave. Which reminds me, I want to go snowboarding again before the season is out...

Spring Break

So, it is 10:21 right now. Just to let you all know...Excellent day! I went to the park with Josh, Sarah, and Kirsten to play in the snow. I got very wet. For some reason, Kirsten and Sarah decided to tackle me in the snow. So not fair! I did my best though. :) We attempted a snow man, but that sorta failed. Then we went to get pizza and watched a movie. Excellent way to start out the spring break if you ask me! :)

So, I am working tommorrow again. The sad thing is my Dad said I don't have to. However, since I have nothing else to do, I am going to do it anyway. Which means I really should probably get to bed...:)

Only 45 days until I am 18! Woo hoo! I can hardly believe it.

Randomness

I have decided to start a new business:

Danika

General of the Army of Narnia

'What will your business card say?' at QuizGalaxy.com

However, I must admit that this wasn't the first one I got. I typed Danika, then I typed Danika Hayden, and then I typed Danika again. The first was about me teaching people to Riverdance. BAD idea! I can't even do it myself. Then the other one had to do with opposable thumbs and made no sense. So, I went back to Danika. It's kind of dumb if it changes every time....

*Edit-Sunday afternoon*
Curses to Red Rover! At least, curses to it when it is played with guys that are like 6 foot who knows what, and weigh a whole lot more than you do. Since I look like the weakest one in the group-which I probably am-everyone tries to run through my arms. That was fun. Then of course I make a fool of myself by trying to break through and falling over backwards. I now know what is meant by all the individual segments of bone in one's spinal cord. It hurts to cough now. :)

Oh! I changed my quotes, so if you feel like it, check them out. You know, I watched "Brokedown Palace" last night. Josh and Sarah are always telling me about a movie called "Brokedown Palace". I wonder if it was the same one...Two girls are stuck in Thailand on suspicion of drug smuggling. If either of you come on, is that the one you are talking about. Regardless, I really enjoyed the one that I saw.

Saturday, March 18, 2006

You know, I went on my sister's blog, and one of the poems she had posted reminded me of, well, poetry. So, I decided to post two of my favorites. Although I usually am not a huge fan of this medium of expressing oneself, I do like selected pieces. One is Robert Frost's "The Road Not Taken":

TWO roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

I honestly am not exactly sure why I like this one, but I saw it on some movie about dogs, and enjoyed it. It is by William Butler Yeats, and it is called "Brown Penny". I know it is a little odd, but I enjoyed it for some odd reason.

I WHISPERED, 'I am too young,'
And then, 'I am old enough';
Wherefore I threw a penny
To find out if I might love.
'Go and love, go and love, young man,
If the lady be young and fair.'
Ah, penny, brown penny, brown penny,
I am looped in the loops of her hair.
O love is the crooked thing,
There is nobody wise enough
To find out all that is in it,
For he would be thinking of love
Till the stars had run away
And the shadows eaten the moon.
Ah, penny, brown penny, brown penny,
One cannot begin it too soon.

Have a great weekend!

Life is Good

Ha! I get my own room and tonight my sister and I are sharing again. Funny! She just painted so she doesn't want to be asphyxiated by paint. Don't even mention drowning, thank you very much...

I am so excited! I may be able to go on a missions trip to Denver. It is three and a half days over spring break. We will be able to do a park ministry and help start a church from what I can tell. I am excited for the opportunity to help out, rather than just veg out over my break. So, if you would all be praying for God's will to be done on the trip, that would be great!

Okay, I was at Hastings and saw a book called "After Suicide". I made the mistake of vocalizing what I thought a split second after reading it. What? People are dead after suicide. I don't get it. Then I read the subtitle-For Those Who Are Left Behind. It really isn't funny. Very sad topic. However, it just never seems to fail...

Have a superbular Friday. That reminds me of zubular which I won't even go into. One night, very late at night....That is how all these stories seem to start.

Lesson

I feel that lately God is trying to teach me humbleness. I think this for two reasons. One, I keep hearing about humbleness-bible studies, etc. Two, I keep making a fool of myself. *Sigh* Therefore, I have decided to work on two things: not making a fool of myself and being humble. I'm serious! Laugh all you want, but I mean it. :) Hi, I'm Danika, and I am working on humbleness. You all repeat: "Hi, Danika!". (Side note: This is scary. We used to do this at youth group. Whenever someone said their name, everyone chants, "Hi, _____".

Okay, anyway, on to a nicer subject-for me at least. Ooh! I am so excited. My first real articles get published in the newspaper on Monday. Woo hoo! I will see if I can give you all a link. The scary part is we had to do a picture. I was just thinking it would be a simple mug shot. Not quite....Somehow, I ended up in a beret with a scarf around my neck, posing with a camera. I can't tell you the rest, because it is all a blur. And it just hit me this very second that everyone in the teeny tiny town where I live will read this. Ah!

Sometimes Monday Stinks

Whoa! I just found out that this symphony concert I went to yesterday-well, one of my friends went too. I didn't even know she was there. What a weird coincidence. Like you all care...

Curses to some teachers! I got docked for not using a book source in a paper. I pleaded my case and she said that it should have been obvious. I was happy, however, because she gave me extra points when I asked her about a few things. So, at this point, it is still possible to get an A. Which I am insisting on. My Mom says I shouldn't be so...anal, but it can't be helped. I figure I'll get over it next semester. :)

Now I have to go write another paper for the class. I totally do not feel like it due to the fact that I have been doing homework all day. Come to think of it, I didn't feel like it at the beginning of the day either. But it must be done, right? Once I finish, I will be relieved!

room1 Posted by Picasa

room3 Posted by Picasa

room2 Posted by Picasa

Well, my room is officially done. All I have to do is put my curtain rod up, and it is set. I love it! It is the weirdest thing to have my own room. I am completely not used to it! :) My favorite thing about my room so far is my bookshelf. I can actually fit all my books on it and have room for more. Now that is hard to do.

The funniest thing happened to me. Right before I went to bed last night, I turned off the light. Well, my Dad hasn't put on a switchplate, so, due to the fact that I am accident prone, I shocked myself. Ooops! Anyway, last night I had a dream about a manta ray and I got electrocuted by it. I am sure you were all really anxious to hear that, but it actually made me laugh when I woke up and thought about it.

On Saturday night, my family went to Josh and Sarah's house. Fun, fun! Except for the part where we played the "Animal Game". That was funny! I won't explain it, but I would suggest running away really fast when anyone mentions anything of the sort. :) We also went for a walk and met up with a bunch of my other friends. It freaked me out, because they started yelling at us really loud. I didn't recognize them at first, so I was wondering...:)

Have an excellent Monday!

Purple Monkeys

Okay, so the title has absolutely nothing to do with anything. :) Just to warn you.

Guess what I did today!!?? I went to the vet's office and helped deliver puppies. It was one of the neatest things I have ever done. He had to do an emergency cesarean on a Lhasa Apso. I walked in just in time. By the time we had finished getting her prepped for surgery, one pup was already...ready to meet life. So, anyway, that one arrived, and I got to be the one to get it to start breathing. I have never done it before, so it was very interesting. You have to like swing the poor little things around to get all the gunk out of their nose and then you have to rub them very vigorously to get their hearts going. It was so neat to see them wake up and start yelping and crawling around. I loved it! So, yeah. You guys probably thought all that was really weird. Or it grossed you out. But, oh well, I thought it was amazing!

It is so cool how God just comes up with this crazy stuff. I have found that even more so while working at the vet's office. All of this stuff-even in a dog or a cat is so complex and intricate. God designed us so lovingly and thoughtfully. Have you ever stopped to think about how a baby-human or animal lives in another being's stomach for weeks or months. God created it so well that they can actually completely live in the stomach for a long time. The even more amazing part is how they can transition from that to the real world so easily and naturally. So many people say stuff about nature providing or nature showing the way. Yeah right! It is totally God. It is impossible not to see that. Even his creation shows his handiwork.

Psalms 139:14-16 says “I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed.

That is the coolest verse. Our relationship with God started even before we were born.

Have an excellent weekend! You guys could be praying for me Saturday. I have an interview that could give me a scholarship paying for all of my tuition for the rest of my bachelor's degree days. :)

Wet Noodle

Beat me over the head with a wet noodle if you ever get tired of this. I am simultaneously showing you my quilt-the top is FINALLY finished-, my wall, and my sister's cat hat. Yeah, she knitted it. Disgusting, isn't it? At the present moment she is talking about knitting something called Fair Isle. What the heck is that?

My sister said I never blogged anymore. I do, however I have a sinking feeling it is all becoming...boring. Yes, maybe it's boring. So, I was trying to think of things to make it interesting. I couldn't think of anything. Maybe at 2:00 this morning, a brilliant idea will come to me and it will leave my head before I can find a notebook in the pig sty of my room. Yes, it really is a pigsty. I am finding dirty dishes, dirty clothes mixed with clean clothes, I keep stepping on tacks and safety pins-ah!!!! I need to clean. However, I am going to stick to my plan. :)

Weird things about me: (I just felt like it.)
1. I watched "Pride and Prejudice" last night and actually liked it. What a shocker, because I strongly dislike the book (I am trying not to say hate.). Anyway, it made me want to go walk around in some huge green field-preferably England-before the sun came up and there was mist everywhere. I mean, I guess it wouldn't hurt to be proposed to at the same time, even though the whole walking around in the mist part was cool too.

2. I am very sarcastic. I hope you have all realized this in my writing. I am rarely being completely serious. Likely, I have already scared many of you away because of this.

3. I am helping 60 and 35 year old ladies with their stats tests. On the first one, I spent like 5 hours on the phone. On this one I was really busy-not lying-so I only spent like 2. It made me realize I never want to be in debt-I dreaded every phone call.

4. I think I have decided what my biggest wish is in life. For graduation-college, because I know it won't happen for highschool graduation-I want to get a yellow lab puppy, preferably a girl. Even if I have to buy it as a present for myself.

5. Although I may not appear this way on my blog, I am what you might call painfully shy. I can go whole days at school or work not talking to anyone. It is probably not the best, but I am working on it. I am so bad, I don't even like to go up to people in Wally World and ask where something is. Then of course my Mom will force me to do it...I prefer to observe. I have whole notebooks full of interesting observations. :)

Announcement: I know very few of you who read this blog live in Colorado, but a friend asked me to say this. She is starting a bible study on the third Monday in March from 6:30 to 7:30 for girls. Check out her blog here if you are interested.

My room is so close! I am sure you are all anxious for it to be done, so I will quit talking about it. :) All that's left is a closet door, baseboards, and closet shelves. YES!! I am trying to get all my homework done tonight, so I can actually take time to "move in".

Random Monday

Today I intend to be as random as possible. Here goes...

This is my room so far. I painted it turquoise yesterday. Isn't it beautimous? Is that a word? If so is that how it is spelled?

Aren't these despicable? I bought them for camp when I was forced to dress up. We had to dress up to go to a museum. Doesn't make sense. I didn't wear them anyway. I rebelled-silently of course-and wore my green converse with "dress" pants. No, I did not wear a skirt. I have to wear them again though. On Saturday, I have a big interview. If I get the scholarship, then all my tuition would be paid for. I guess I'll try not to complain about the skirt and shoes.

My stats test. I'll hand it in Thursday. Yeah...

Isn't this stuff hilarious? There is a funny story about it. On Friday, I put it in my car. I was in a doctor's office for a few hours, so I just left it there. Well, it got too hot. I am not used to this. It was snowing a few weeks ago, okay? Anyway, I drive somewhere else, leave it in the car a little longer. I head home with Sarah and Emily in the car with me. I pick it up and open it. I guess I wanted to put some on or something. Well, it was melted. Pink wax spilled everywhere. My pants, the seat-it even got on the steering wheel somehow. Don't ask. Needless to say, Sarah and Emily started busting up. Yeah, it was funny. Until I got my jeans out of the wash and they have a stupid stain on them. Oh well, shorts season is coming soon, so I will survive. :)

Have I ever shown you guys my sweet shoes? Probably, because I am in love with them. Not literally of course. Anyway, I am going to have to get some new ones soon, because these are starting to fall apart. I think I want brown. Ooh! I could get brown and put some neon laces in. Sweet....

"Mom! Dad! Don't touch it-it's evil!" *Boom*

Friday, March 03, 2006

Well...

Well, as long as you guys don't laugh, I will show you some pictures from when I was little. Very little. :)

This is when I wanted to be a cowgirl when I grew up. I had cowboy-exscuse me, cowgirl-boots, and all I wanted was a horse. What I got was 4-H. I ended up doing something along the lines of Pee Wee Sheep Showing. Please try not to laugh aloud. If I remember correctly, my sheep was misbehaving. Why mine of all people? I don't know what to do with sheep. I think I started crying. I still got a ribbon of participation though...Seriously, please refrain. :)

And these would be the good OLD days. Which, of course, I don't remember, so I can't tell you anything about them. All I know is my Mom had a thing for this Hawaiian ensemble I am wearing. I was looking through pictures and there are like 55 of me in this outfit. Interesting...

Sometimes I rather cringe to think of these days-I like to call them the barrette days. :) I was probably 12ish, and all I ever wore in my hair were these ugly glittery barrettes. Sometimes I wonder how and why my Mom refrained from giving me fashion advice. Like she never insisted that I quit wearing socks with my sandals. Man, I'm really telling you guys a lot of my secrets here...

Have a great weekend!

Um...oh! Amistad. It wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Oh, and then I watched the first 15 minutes of "Troy" in humanities. Not the greatest thing, because my parents don't want me to see it. :)

16) If you became a multi-millionaire overnight, what would you buy?Uh, everything. :) Well, more specifically, all my schooling tuition, a Jeep of my very own, a puppy, a few pairs of converse, sponsor a bunch of compassion kids, donate to the humane society, and invest the rest in...something.

17) Tell me something about you that I don't know.
Well, I think I'll save that for later...Um, what's new? Oh! I want to go on a missions trip to Romania this summer.

18) If you could change one thing about the world, regardless of guilt or politics, what would you do?
End cliches and groups and popularity. Ugh! Is that more than one thing...?

19) Do you like to dance? Ha! Well, if you saw me dance, you wouldn't like dancing. I may do it on my own, once in a while, locked in a closet, but other than that, no.

20) George Bush?Do I like him? He is a good guy compared to most, although I don't agree with all of his policies.

21) Imagine your first child is a girl, what do you call her? Well, I like the name Blaire Marie or Cadence.

22) Imagine your first child is a boy, what do you call him? I don't have any boy names.

23) Would you ever consider living abroad? Um, no, I like America's politics. I would certainly travel though.

24) What do you want God to say to you when you reach the pearly gates? Well done, my good and faithful servant. Oh, and I want him to tell me a few things I have always wondered about.

me

What fun! I spent some time last night on this fun website, making a doll or whatever you want to call it. It was kind of addicting as there were literally zillions of clothes to choose from. I wish! :) Check it out here. Oh, and you can do guy ones too. However, I seriously can't see any guy getting into this. Ha ha!

What a great day! Or week...You ever have one of those weeks or days where everything seems to be working out fantastically. Is fantastically a word? Hmm...Anyway, I feel like whatever happened, I wouldn't care. Like if all the clothes and shoes in my closet spontaneously imploded, I would laugh and say oh well. :) How that would happen, I have absolutely no clue.
